Pricing & What to Expect

Clear pricing guidance and a straightforward process — so you know what to expect before reaching out.

How Our Pricing Works

We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing because no two properties or installations are the same. Instead, we use clear pricing ranges based on the type of sign and installation required, so you can understand costs before moving forward.

Every project includes thoughtful design, durable materials, and proper installation — not just the sign itself. If a project doesn’t make sense for your needs or budget, we’ll tell you up front and help you determine the right solution.

If your project doesn’t fit for your needs or budget, we’ll tell you upfront and help you find the right solution.

What Affects Cost

Size & Format

Larger signs, multi-panel layouts, or monument-style signs require more materials and fabrication time.

Installation Requirements

Post replacement, ground conditions, mounting surface, and access all affect installation time and complexity.

Materials & Durability

Outdoor-rated materials, finishes, and hardware are chosen for longevity, not short-term cost savings.

Quantity & Scope

Multiple signs, coordinated installations, or property-wide projects affect overall pricing.

Residential Address Signs

Flat Address Signs (House, Garage, Fence)

Clean, readable address signs mounted directly to siding, fencing, or other flat surfaces.

Typical Investment:
$95 – $165 installed

Most homeowners spend around $120, depending on size, finish, and mounting surface.

Post-Mounted Address Signs — Single-Sided

Standalone address signs mounted on their own post for improved roadside visibility.

Typical Investment:
$175 – $275 installed

Pricing varies based on sign size, post type, and site conditions.

Post-Mounted Address Signs — Double-Sided

Premium residential signs designed to be read clearly from both directions.

Common for rural roads, shared driveways, or higher-speed traffic areas.

Typical Investment:
$275 – $425 installed

Larger formats, thicker panels, or decorative details may place a project toward the upper end of this range.

About Posts & Existing Structures

Residential address sign pricing applies to stand-alone signs installed on their own post or mounting surface. If an existing post is leaning, damaged, or rotted, repair or replacement may be recommended and quoted separately before installation. If a sign is attached to or shares a post with a mailbox, it is handled as a USPS-compliant mailbox system and priced separately.

We’ll always point this out up front — no surprises.

USPS-Compliant Mailbox Sign Systems

Mailbox-Mounted Address Signs + Installation

Our mailbox-mounted address signs are designed specifically to meet USPS clearance and visibility requirements—something many off-the-shelf options overlook.

Includes fabrication and installation of the address sign on an existing, structurally sound mailbox post.

Typical Investment:
$145 – $225 installed

Most mailbox systems land around $175 installed.

Address Sign Above Mailbox (Shared Post System)

(sign mounted above the mailbox on the same post)

This option places the address sign above the mailbox, sharing a single post for a clean, vertical layout while maintaining USPS-compliant clearances.

Available on an existing, structurally sound post, or as part of a new post installation if required by site conditions.

Typical Investment:
$195 – $325 installed

Most shared-post systems land in the mid-$200s, depending on configuration.

New Post Installed Behind Existing Mailbox (Popular)

(mailbox remains untouched)

This option installs a new, independent post directly behind the existing mailbox, allowing a larger or more visible address sign without modifying the mailbox structure.

  • Used when:
The mailbox post must remain untouched
  • USPS clearance needs to be preserved
  • A larger or double-sided sign is desired

Typical Investment:
$275 – $425 installed

Most behind-the-mailbox post installations land in the low-to-mid $300s, depending on sign size and site conditions.

Mailbox + Post Correction or Replacement

For leaning, damaged, or rotted mailbox posts—a common issue in many neighborhoods.

Includes post correction or replacement, proper alignment, and new address signage, all built to USPS-compliant geometry.

Typical Investment:
$245 – $425 installed

Pricing varies based on sign size, post type, and site conditions.

Indoor & Building Identification

Small Interior Signs

Room identifiers, office names, desk plaques, interior markers.

Typical Investment:
$25 – $95 per sign

Most single interior signs land around $50.

Quantity pricing is available for multiple signs installed at the same location.

Standard Interior Identification Signs

Larger interior signs for entry areas, shared spaces, or higher visibility needs.

Typical Investment:
$95 – $125 per sign

Most projects land around $110, depending on size and mounting surface.

Reduced per-sign pricing may apply when multiple signs are installed at the same location.

Coordinated Interior Sign Sets

Matching interior signs designed as a cohesive system across multiple rooms or shared buildings.

Includes coordinated layout, consistent typography, alignment across locations, and installation planning to ensure visual consistency throughout the space.

Typical Investment:

Setup + design: $75 – $150 (one-time)
Per sign: $25 – $75 per sign (depending on size and mounting)

Most coordinated sets land around $250 – $600 total, depending on quantity and complexity.

Quantity price breaks apply at 5+ and 10+ signs.

Best suited for multi-room installations where consistency and layout matter more than individual sign size.

Community & Small Property Signage

Small Property Entry & Directional Signs

Stand-alone building identifiers, entry signs, and directional signs such as Deliveries, Parking, or Office Entrance.

These signs may be mounted directly to a building or installed on small posts, depending on visibility needs and site conditions. Designed to be clear, durable, and appropriately scaled for small properties and shared spaces.

Typical Investment:
$150 – $225 installed

Most projects in this category land around $175–$195, depending on size, mounting method, and placement.

Community or Property Identification Signs

More prominent signs used to identify duplexes, small multi-unit properties, named buildings, or small complexes where visibility and clarity matter more than a standard residential sign.

These signs are typically larger or more substantial and may be wall-mounted or installed on a dedicated post, depending on layout and sightlines.

Typical Investment:
$200 – $300 installed

Most projects land around $225–$250, depending on size, materials, and placement.

Multi-Sign or Coordinated Property Packages

Two or more matching signs designed and installed as a coordinated system for a small property or shared space.

Common examples include:

  • Entry identification paired with directional signs
  • Multiple building identifiers within the same property
  • Matching wall-mounted and post-mounted signs

This option is best suited for properties that benefit from consistency and wayfinding, without the complexity of large signage programs.

Typical Investment:
$300 – $450 total project

Most coordinated sets land around $350–$400, depending on quantity, layout, and installation needs.

Specialty & Non-Standard Projects

Non-Standard Single Signs

One-off signs that fall outside our standard sign categories due to size, materials, layout, or installation method.

Examples may include:

  • Unusual dimensions or shapes
  • Decorative or atypical layouts
  • Unique mounting or placement situations

Typical Investment:
Starting at $75.00

Most projects in this category land in the $150–$225 range.

Reduced per-sign pricing may apply when multiple similar signs are produced as part of the same project.

Design-Intensive or Fabrication-Heavy Signs

Projects that require additional design development, specialized fabrication steps, or non-standard materials or mounting solutions.

Examples may include:

  • Multiple layout iterations
  • Heavier or specialty materials
  • Custom hardware or mounting approaches

Typical Investment:
$225 – $400

Most projects land around $250–$350, depending on complexity.

When multiple signs share the same design or fabrication approach, project-based pricing may be used instead of strict per-sign pricing.

Specialty Multi-Sign or One-Off Project Sets

Multiple signs treated as a single specialty project because scope, coordination, or layout doesn’t fit cleanly into other categories.

Common scenarios include:

  • Mixed sign types within one project
  • Irregular layouts or placements
  • Projects requiring planning across multiple locations

Typical Investment:
$350+ total project

Final pricing is determined once overall scope and quantity are defined.

Project-based pricing is typically more cost-effective than pricing each sign individually.
